THE ARCHIVE
A living archive of people, places, photographs and stories.
Weddings are where the archive begins. The rest is everything worth keeping.
A LIVING ARCHIVE
I believe photographs are more than a record of what happened.
They become objects of memory, things we return to. Images that bring back a voice, a place, a particular afternoon, the way someone looked at you before you knew you would miss that moment.
I photograph weddings as living archives: collecting the people, the atmosphere, the architecture, the landscape, the laughter, the quiet moments and all the little things that could otherwise disappear.
Not everything needs to be perfect, but every photograph should feel intentional.
THE WAY I WORK
I’m interested in what happens naturally.
My approach is observant and gently directed. I’ll step in when a little guidance can make a portrait feel right, but most of the time I’d rather watch, listen and wait.
I want you to feel comfortable enough to forget about the camera.
The result is a collection of photographs that moves between the intimate and the expansive: quiet gestures, big celebrations, portraits, landscapes, details, architecture, movement and the people who make a place feel alive.
